step off the curb is like a person who was somewhere and doesn't want to go out outside himself, meaning that he doesn't want to participate, change or protest, but when he stood up and thought a little, he decided that he needs to protest and participate, maybe one day he is exposed to a problem. He wants to change it and wants to have those who participate next to change and protest in order to change the world to a better world economically, socially or politically.

2. who after all, can be enraged at a butterfly?

Here, the butterfly is like a man, but the butterfly receives the rights of migration more than a human, so how can a person not migrate like a butterfly. The illegal immigrants bought a bus and painted a group of butterflies and wrote no papers no fear so that they have freedom in human migration such as natural migration and they also want not to fear injustice and their rights to human migration to take up opportunities in jobs, education and health care.
